Sales and Business Development Professional

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand company offerings and client needs.
- Work with management and ownership to identify and target key companies.
- Support the sales team in cross-selling additional services to existing clients.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in prospecting, cold calling, and closing new business.
- Excellent influence and negotiation skills, with strong executive presence and business acumen.
- Experience leveraging CRM software for sales tracking and report generation.
- Strong communication, presentation, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel within 125 miles of the St Louis territory (occasional overnight travel when appropriate).
- Education background desired, with teaching experience helpful in our industry.
- Strong work ethic and motivation.
