About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist at Sherwin-Williams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to wholesale and retail customers, answering their questions and recommending solutions.
  • Work closely with customers to determine their needs and provide personalized support.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and consistently meet sales goals.
  • Assist customers in person and over the phone, pulling products from the sales floor or warehouse as needed.
  • Stock shelves and set up displays to maintain a visually appealing store environment.
  • Clean store equipment and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Load and unload delivery trucks, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products.
  • Maintain in-stock and presentable condition of assigned areas, including the sales floor and warehouse.
Requirements
  • Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English.
  • Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish.
  • Must be able to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Have at least one year of experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position.
  • Have previous work experience selling paint and paint-related products.
  • Have previous work experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
