Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist

Location: Davidson, North Carolina

About Our Company: Soliant is a dedicated team of professionals seeking a caring and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders in students.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to enhance communication skills.
  • Deliver targeted therapy sessions to support students' communication development.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure effective communication and student progress.
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to student plans.
  • Monitor and adjust therapy progress as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Provide training and resources to support communication development in students.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Valid North Carolina license or eligibility for licensure.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Prior experience in a school environment is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of assessment tools, intervention strategies, and education laws.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team with diverse stakeholders.
