Job Summary:

Soliant is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in a full-time role. As a Speech Language Pathologist with Soliant, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic educational environment, collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify speech and language needs and develop individualized therapy plans.
  • Provide direct therapy services and monitor student progress, utilizing evidence-based practices to drive student outcomes.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to implement therapy plans and support student development.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with school policies and state regulations.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Current SLP license or eligibility for licensure in Tennessee.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in a school setting is preferred but not required.
