About the Role:

Soliant is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in a full-time role. As a Speech Language Pathologist with Soliant, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the success of students.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Comprehensive Evaluations: Conduct thorough evaluations to identify speech and language needs of students.
  • Develop and Implement Therapy Plans: Create and implement individualized therapy plans to address the unique needs of each student.
  • Provide Direct Therapy Services: Provide direct therapy services to students, monitoring their progress and adjusting therapy plans as needed.
  • Collaborate with Professionals: Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student development and ensure a comprehensive approach to education.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation in line with school policies and state regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology: A master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
  • Current SLP License or Eligibility: A current SLP license or eligibility for licensure in the state of Tennessee is required.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Experience in a School Setting: Experience in a school setting is preferred but not required.
