Position Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to play a crucial role in shaping our go-to-market strategy. As the inaugural Product Marketing hire, you will be tasked with defining market positioning, crafting persuasive product messaging, and collaborating across departments to ensure the successful launch and sustained promotion of Axion Ray products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop impactful messaging that resonates with target audiences.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
- Utilize market insights to inform company positioning and differentiation strategies.
- Define and communicate the unique value propositions of Axion Ray products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create vertical go-to-market strategies.
- Produce marketing materials, including sales enablement tools, presentations, and product documentation.
- Work closely with the sales team to equip them with the necessary resources, training, and materials for effective product sales.
- Cultivate relationships with key customers to gather feedback that informs product development and marketing strategies.
- Identify and develop customer success stories and case studies.
- Contribute to integrated marketing campaigns aimed at generating awareness and demand for Axion Ray products.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Proven experience in product marketing within the technology sector, particularly in early-stage startups.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated capability to work cross-functionally and lead projects from concept to execution.
