We are seeking an experienced and results-driven sales professional to join our Large Customer Sales team in the Tech & Gaming vertical. As a Client Partner, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key brands and agencies, ensuring they achieve their business objectives using Reddit's advertising suite.

This role requires a strong understanding of the social media landscape and native advertising. You will leverage your expertise to identify new buyers of Reddit advertising products, drive revenue growth, and expand existing client relationships.

The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of experience in digital media, with at least 7+ years in sales. They will have proven experience managing complex enterprise organizations, owning partnerships up through C-level executives, and driving year-over-year revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute long-term account growth strategies
  • Leverage data from internal and external sources to inform client strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on client and business goals
  • Provide thought leadership and act as a Reddit evangelist with partners and at industry events

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
  • Subject matter expertise in specific verticals, product types, and/or measurement solutions
  • Demonstrated top-performer achievement against sales targets
  • Ability to lead special projects

Payscale: $142,200 - $199,100 USD per annum. We offer a competitive compensation package, including equity in the form of restricted stock units, and a comprehensive benefits program.
