This role is suited for a proactive individual who excels in independent work and can efficiently manage multiple proposals through regular communication with clients and technical team leaders.

As a Lead Proposal Specialist, you will play a crucial role in SOCOTEC's achievements, serving as the primary point of contact for our clients and identifying the services they require.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Engage in daily team scrums to assess proposal priorities and track progress.
  2. Analyze assigned qualification and proposal requests, evaluate proposal requirements, and identify suitable team leaders to provide insights on proposal scope and pricing.
  3. Create technical proposals and qualification packages as necessary to meet team deadlines, utilizing existing proposal templates and qualification materials, while also developing corresponding effort estimates and pricing.
  4. Conduct research, gather relevant information, and participate in meetings as needed for specific proposals.
  5. Review qualification packages, proposals, and estimates with technical team leaders, making updates based on their feedback.
  6. Collaborate with internal Legal and Finance teams as needed to ensure comprehensive qualification and proposal packages.
  7. Perform quality control reviews of proposals prepared by other members of the Proposal Writing team to guarantee timely delivery to prospective clients.
  8. Reach out to clients and prospects to gather any additional information required for proposal development and confirm receipt of proposals.
  9. Maintain client and project data in our CRM platform (Deltek).
  10. Work with the Proposal Team Manager to create and refine templates based on client requirements.
