The successful candidate will have a strong background in recreation management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will be responsible for supervising part-time and seasonal staff, coordinating special events, and performing administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise part-time and seasonal staff in recreation programs.
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of special events and community programs.
  • Provide secondary supervision and support to area managers in program execution and implementation.
  • Perform administrative duties, such as clerical tasks and data entry.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid certification.
