Role Overview

As a Speech Language Pathologist with our innovative Home and Community program, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives by providing functional rehabilitation services in their natural environments.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients with complex communication needs
  • Collaborate with other disciplines to ensure comprehensive care
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
