Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our facilities department, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the overall upkeep of our apartment community. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to, plumbing, electrical work, drywall repair, flooring installation, and appliance repair.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and prevent equipment failure.
  • Work collaboratively with contractors and other team members to ensure seamless execution of maintenance projects.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and optimize resource utilization.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to resident requests and addressing concerns in a timely manner.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights.
