Job Overview
The Horst Group, a family-owned multi-company organization, is seeking a Condo Community Support Specialist to provide administrative and clerical support to Condo/HOA managers. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, customer service skills, ability to multitask, and strong correspondence abilities.

Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $55,000 per year based on experience and location in Lancaster, PA.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain database and electronic filing systems.
  • Communicate with managers, peers, and customers directly and respond to customer service requests by coordinating service calls and issues routine work orders.
  • Prepare reports, generate and mail general correspondence, and prepare monthly invoicing and billing.
  • Access and maintain mainframe data files, distribute reports, mailings, and miscellaneous communications both internally and externally.
  • Provide resale certificates, assist in settlements, and resolve problems as needed.
