Bethanna is seeking a highly skilled Child Welfare Program Manager to lead our team of Family Support Specialists and Parenting Coaches in Lancaster County. As a Child Welfare Program Manager, you will oversee the delivery of supervised visitation services to families whose children are in foster care placement.

The successful candidate will have a Master degree in Human Services or a related field and extensive experience in child welfare or program management. You will be responsible for managing a team of staff, developing program plans, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
