About the Role: The Corporate Talent Acquisition Specialist is tasked with overseeing sourcing initiatives for Grocery Outlet's Corporate Headquarters. You will cultivate strong partnerships with recruiters and hiring managers to fill various positions, including senior-level roles. Collaborating with Talent Acquisition Leaders, you will design and implement effective sourcing and recruiting strategies, building robust networks and relationships to maintain a continuous pipeline of candidates. As the first point of contact, you will promote our culture to candidates and position us as an employer of choice by effectively communicating our employer brand strategy to both candidates and the community. You will report to the Manager of Talent Acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop effective search strategies to identify qualified candidates for corporate roles across various functions, including Accounting & Finance, IT, Corporate Retail, Business Operations, and Distribution Center Operations.
- Oversee temporary requisitions and contractor assignments.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to establish agency fees, assignment durations, and IT onboarding processes.
- Conduct phone interviews with prospective candidates for submission and review by hiring managers.
- Utilize a range of sourcing and applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as LinkedIn, UltiPro, and Indeed to manage the recruitment process.
- Responsible for job postings on external platforms, including networking sites and industry-specific associations.
- Participate in career fairs, action planning, and other related projects as necessary.
- Engage with recruiters and hiring managers to conduct intake calls to identify business needs and priority roles; participate in debrief meetings following interviews.
- Manage candidate communications regarding scheduling next steps and responding to declined applications.
- Ensure compliance with all hiring policies and practices, consistently meeting or exceeding established metrics and goals, while demonstrating company culture and values through your work.
- Base Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 Annually

- You are innovative and willing to go the extra mile to find the best candidates for open positions.
- 2+ years of sourcing/recruiting experience, preferably in a high-volume environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking and recruiting systems (LinkedIn Recruiter, UltiPro, Indeed, etc.).
- Ability to support various corporate functions.
- Highly motivated to source qualified candidates across diverse business units and levels.
- Creative and innovative.
- Skilled at navigating ambiguity.
- Strong judgment skills in high-pressure and time-sensitive situations.
