Position Overview:
This full-time role is for a board-certified Internal Medicine physician, offering a community-oriented practice model within a multispecialty environment. Physicians can select between 32 or 36 patient-facing hours weekly, averaging 18-20 patients daily. The clinic operates Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, featuring a collaborative team of twelve providers, including 9 Internal Medicine Primary Care Physicians and 4 Advanced Practice Providers. A shared light call schedule minimizes after-hours responsibilities, with RN triaging managing calls at a ratio of 1:15. Onsite laboratory and radiology services enhance operational efficiency, supported by a Clinical Pharmacist and RN. This position allows for engagement with a diverse patient demographic, ensuring a fulfilling clinical experience.
