- Education and Professional Development: Stay current with best practices, participate in ongoing education and training, and contribute to the knowledge and skill development of colleagues.
- Quality Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement, participate in quality initiatives, and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote patient safety and satisfaction.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree or higher in Nursing from an accredited academic institution (preferred).
- Licenses and Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), Registered Nurse (RN) State Licensure And/Or Compact State Licensure, Oncology Nursing Society Chemotherapy/Biotherapy certification (preferred), OCN certification (preferred).
- Experience: Two (2) years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience.
