About the Role:
The Corporate Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for managing sourcing activities for Grocery Outlet's Corporate Headquarters. This role will involve building strong relationships with recruiters and hiring managers to fill various corporate positions, including Director-level and above. The successful candidate will work closely with the Talent Acquisition Leaders to design and execute effective sourcing and recruiting strategies, including building networks and relationships to create a continuous pipeline of candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Determine effective search strategies to identify qualified candidates for corporate positions across various business units, including Accounting & Finance, IT, Corporate Retail, and Business Operations.
- Manage temporary requisitions and contractor assignments.
- Work with hiring managers to determine agency fees, length of assignment, and IT onboarding and setup.
- Conduct phone screens with prospective candidates for submission and hiring manager review.
- Utilize various sourcing and ATS software (LinkedIn, UltiPro, Indeed, etc.) to manage the recruitment process.
- Post jobs on external sites, including networking sites, association-specific industries, SHRM, and others as needed.
- Engage in career fairs, action planning, and other projects as required.
- Work with recruiters and hiring managers to conduct intake calls to identify business needs and priority roles, and participate in debrief meetings post-interview.
- Manage candidate correspondence regarding scheduling next steps and responding to declined applications.
- Ensure compliance with all hiring policies and practices, consistently meet or exceed established metrics and goals, and demonstrate company culture and values through work.
About the Pay:
We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $85,000 annually, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k) profit sharing, medical, dental, vision, and more. Final compensation will be determined based on experience and skills, and may vary based on location.
About You:
We are looking for a creative and motivated individual with 2+ years of sourcing/recruiting experience, preferably in a high-volume environment. The ideal candidate will have familiarity with applicant tracking and recruiting systems, as well as the ability to support various corporate functions. Strong influencing skills, good judgment, and the ability to work in pressure-filled and time-sensitive situations are essential. A collaborative mindset and a passion for innovation are also highly valued.
