Position Overview:

This role offers a full-time opportunity for a board-certified Internal Medicine physician, providing a community-focused practice model within a multispecialty environment. Physicians can opt for either 32 or 36 patient-facing hours weekly, averaging 18-20 patients daily. Clinic hours are Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. The clinic features a collaborative team of twelve providers, including 9 Internal Medicine Primary Care Physicians and 4 Advanced Practice Providers, fostering a supportive atmosphere. A shared light call schedule minimizes after-hours responsibilities, with RN triaging managing telephone calls at a ratio of 1:15, evenly distributed among physicians. Onsite laboratory and radiology services enhance operational efficiency, complemented by support from a Clinical Pharmacist and RN. This position allows for engagement with a diverse patient demographic, ensuring a dynamic and rewarding clinical experience.
