We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Director to join our team at Corporate Chaplains of America. As a Regional Director, you will be responsible for leading a team of Chaplains and establishing relationships with owners to successfully carry out our mission statement.
Key Responsibilities- Chaplain Team Leadership: Coach, mentor, and lead a team of Chaplains to ensure their success in key areas of responsibility and assigned mission fields.
- Field Visits: Travel with Chaplain Team members and other key players to build relationships and culture of care.
- Training and Development: Provide effective coaching, equipping, and encouragement to Chaplain Team members.
- Performance Feedback: Provide clear and timely performance feedback through periodic and annual reviews.
- Crisis Care: Provide crisis care as needed for natural disasters, traumatic accidents, etc., through Rapid Response teams.
- Value Business Relationships: Build and maintain clear two-way communication and trust with owners in your assigned Region.
- Company Reviews: Conduct regular company reviews to ensure a solid value relationship exists between CCA and Company owners.
- Leadership Changes: Be alert to changes in company leadership and ensure accurate system reporting.
- Evangelism: Promote the importance of consistent evangelism, including responsible sharing of the gospel and leading the lost to a salvation experience.
- Team Player: Display and promote a team player attitude with fellow Chaplains and Regional Directors.
- Chaplain Development: Take an active role in identifying and developing Chaplains for future roles in the ministry.
- Recruiting Assistance: Provide proactive assistance to the CCA Recruiting team for regional open positions.
- New Chaplain Onboarding: Actively participate in recruiting, interviewing, assimilating, and training new Chaplains.
- Education and Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of full-time actual secular workplace experience. A business degree can reduce this requirement.
- Leadership Experience: Business/workplace leadership experience is required.
- Technology Skills: Ability to use a computer, learn software (Word, Excel, performance management, ADP, iCIMS, Salesforce, etc.), Internet, and cell phone.
- Communication Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents, respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints, and make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations.
