Guest Services Supervisor Job Summary

The Guest Services Supervisor plays a vital role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Minneapolis North / Brooklyn Center. As a key member of the hotel team, this individual will be responsible for supervising guest services operations, team members, and implementing policies and procedures to deliver outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate guest services operations to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of guest services representatives
  • Implement and maintain high standards of customer service, quality, and safety
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and problem-solving
  • Monitor and analyze guest feedback to identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and guest services best practices
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
