Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest services

  • Monitor and maintain front desk supplies, ensuring that all necessary materials are available to meet guest needs

Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a hospitality-related environment, with at least 1 year of supervisory experience
  • High school or equivalent education required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of computer accounting programs and math skills, with the ability to analyze budgets and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays
