Sales Manager for Specialty Area Growth

As a Sales Manager for Specialty Area Growth, you'll play a critical role in driving growth and developing strong relationships with surgical physicians, hospitals, and professional associations.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Representing Enhabit in activities involving professional contacts with surgeons, hospitals, and healthcare organizations to promote our Medicare services.
  • Enhancing account relationships with a strong emphasis on surgeon interaction.
  • Maintaining ongoing quality assurance sales calls with referral source contacts.
  • Directly marketing and selling Specialty Programs Post Op Programs through Enhabit and payor sources.
  • Meeting and/or exceeding admission goals as set by your Division Manager with approval from Senior Management.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A college degree or equivalent experience base.
  • At least one year of experience in the business community or in professional practice.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact well with a diverse range of individuals.
  • The ability to organize and execute selling processes.

Additionally, you must possess:

  • A valid state driver's license and automobile liability insurance.
  • Currently licensed in the State of employment if applicable.
  • Automobile liability insurance as required by law.
  • Dependable transportation kept in good working condition.
  • The ability to drive an automobile in various weather conditions.

We offer a competitive salary, estimated at $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, based on location and experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including:
