About the Role:

Invited, a leading private club operator, seeks an accomplished Membership Sales Director to drive sales growth and nurture relationships with members. As the face of the Club, you will be responsible for sourcing and enrolling new members, nurturing existing relationships, and inviting friends and colleagues to join.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute quarterly game plans and sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.

• Maintain a prospect database using CRM system functionality standards, generating reports and staying organized.

• Represent the Club in city and community activities to provide awareness and develop sources for prospective members.

• Collaborate with the VP of Membership and Marketing to develop programs and social media campaigns to create brand awareness and recognition.

About You:

We seek an individual with outstanding communication skills, a solid understanding of prospecting programs, and high energy. A proven track record of sales performance, preferably 2-3 years of experience, is required. Additionally, you should possess creativity, attention to detail, strong organizational and time management skills, and technical literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM experience.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, uncapped commission, bonus potential, comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision, and a 401k retirement plan. Ongoing training and development opportunities are also available.

Skills and Qualifications:

This role requires excellent sales management, strategic planning, product marketing, and negotiation skills. A bachelor's degree and membership in professional associations are preferred.
