Front Desk Supervisor

At Atrium Hospitality, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team. As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our front desk team and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise the front desk team to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.
  • Check guests in and out, handle room assignments, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Train and develop front desk agents to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Work closely with the maintenance and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Monitor and maintain the front desk area, including the lobby, reception, and guest services.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a front desk supervisor or in a similar role.
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to train and develop team members.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficiency in property management systems and computer skills.
