Front Desk Representative

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team at Lexima. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing reservations, checking guests in and out, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a memorable experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage reservations and check guests in and out using a computerized system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Handle guest requests, such as booking tours or making restaurant reservations, and provide recommendations to enhance their stay.
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes, including handling payments and issuing keys, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy.
- Respond to phone calls and online inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing clear and concise information to guests.
- Assist with organizing and setting up events and meetings, ensuring seamless execution and attention to detail.
- Handle guest complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism, resolving issues promptly and fairly.
- Perform light cleaning duties, such as wiping down counters and restocking supplies, to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a front desk agent or in a customer service role is preferred, with a proven track record of providing exceptional service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues alike.
- Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
- Proficiency with computer systems and software, such as Microsoft Office and reservation management systems, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, demonstrating a commitment to providing excellent service to our guests.
