Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Service Order Management: Oversee service orders, ensuring that customers receive prompt and effective service.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train service department employees, ensuring that they meet company standards and expectations.
  • Inventory Management: Manage the daily inventory of technicians' time, ensuring that it is consistently sold to service customers.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous experience at an automotive dealership is preferred.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with a positive and friendly attitude.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with customers, technicians, and other stakeholders.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage others, with a strong record of service and sales success.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
