Job Summary

The Service Greeter/Porter is a vital member of our service team, responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient traffic flow through the facility. This role requires a friendly and professional attitude, with a focus on customer convenience and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers entering the service area and direct them to the appropriate person or location
  • Determine if customers have an appointment and record relevant information
  • Control service traffic flow, parking, and assist with loaner vehicles as needed
  • Drive safely and report any lot damage immediately
  • Retrieve customer vehicles at cashier for pick-up and thank customers for their business
  • Install disposable seat covers, steering wheel covers, floor mats, and I.D. tags in all vehicles taken in for service
  • Deliver keys and repair order hard copies to the Service Advisor immediately after parking a vehicle in the service parking lot
  • Maintain a clean and safe service drive area, free of trash, water, leaves, and dirt
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
  • Must follow all company safety policies and procedures
  • Ability to pass pre-employment testing, including background checks, MVR, drug test, credit report, and valid driver's license
