Job Summary

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Experience Associate to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our users, addressing their inquiries, and helping them get the most out of our product.

Responsibilities

  • Field incoming user inquiries via our ticket tracking system
  • Maintain the CX dashboard and monthly reporting
  • Regularly meet with product and content teams to share user feedback via organized documentation
  • Improve upon existing ticket response flows, optimizing for auto responses
  • Maintain an internal guidebook for established CX procedures
  • Maintain various test accounts to support internal testing across Android and iOS
  • Draft detailed bug reports
  • Draft and closely track the progress of your submissions to the Engineering workflow via ticket tracker, ensuring new tickets are drafted when necessary and additional information is captured when a ticket already exists
  • Monitor beta deployments and store releases to ensure app remains consistent to spec

Requirements

  • Chess-mapping level of detail-oriented and organized
  • Can articulate and outline the basics of bug reporting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Adaptable, flexible problem solver
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience is a plus
