Job Description

Job Title: Contracts Specialist

Job Type: Temporary 3 to 5 months

Location: Hybrid

Shift: Monday – Friday from 8 to 5

Salary Rate: $37.00 to 40.00 hour

The Contracts Specialist is a self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels under pressure. This role is responsible for managing the business aspects of customer contracts and collaborating with Marketing, Legal, and management to ensure timely submissions to clients or RFPs.

Key Responsibilities:

· Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and attention to detail are essential for managing multiple documents, components, and requirements.

· Collaborate with our outside legal partner to ensure timely responses to customer contracts.

· Work closely with our internal IT team to ensure accurate and timely responses to data security questionnaires.

· Partner with the marketing team to ensure contract language and data security language aligns with other key areas of the RFP.

· Ensure contracts are uploaded, tagged, and searchable in our contract management software, ContractWorks.

· Proactively update policies and procedures related to data security practices.

Requirements:

· Strong communication skills and attention to detail are crucial for this role.

· BA/BS degree in communication or a related field is required.

· 5+ years of experience with technical and legal documents is preferred.

· B-to-B or B-to-C experience is preferred.

· Data analysis and reporting experience is required.

· Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel. Experience with ContractWorks or similar contract management system is preferred.
