Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records, including contract templates, contract processes, and contract procedures.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Prepare and analyze contract-related reports, including contract expirations, updates, risk reviews, ownership, and other reportable requirements.
  • Contract Repository Management: Administer and manage the Contract Repository, including updates, user access, user ownership assignment changes, and interfaces.
  • Invoice and Requisite Analysis: Ensure the accuracy of invoices and requisite analysis relating to assigned contracts.
  • Change Management: Participate in the Change Management process and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Law, or a related field. Relevant professional certification in Supply Chain Management, Contracts, Procurement, and/or Project Management is a plus.
  • Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience in Contract Management, preferably in the LNG industry.
  • Skills: Effective time management and organizational skills, exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, and exceptional problem-solving, planning, and analytical skills.
