Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Management Specialist to join our team at Brunel. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing contracts and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contract Administration
    • Responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date contract records, including contract terms, conditions, and amendments.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to contract management.
  • Contract Analysis
    • Perform thorough analysis of contracts to identify potential risks and opportunities for cost savings.
    • Develop and implement strategies to mitigate risks and optimize contract terms.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including procurement team members, contract managers, and business leaders.
    • Collaborate with external stakeholders, including suppliers, contractors, and other third-party vendors.
  • Reporting and Analytics
    • Develop and maintain accurate and timely reports on contract performance, including metrics on contract value, spend, and compliance.
    • Provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions and optimize contract management processes.

Requirements

  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in contract management, procurement, or a related field.
  • Skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
