Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage order entry and contractual activities from receipt to shipment
  • Champion on-time delivery to customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of Rotork Gears products and their applications in various sectors
  • Provide expert guidance and support to the Contracts team on contractual matters
  • Collaborate with the Engineering department to prioritize and expedite engineered orders
  • Proactively review past due orders and work with Supply Chain to resolve issues
  • Liaise with various departments to ensure customer requirements are met
  • Track orders and key dates throughout the process
  • Meet and exceed department objectives for delivery, quality, inventory, and cost
  • Provide technical phone support and serve as a resource for customers and internal stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent
  • Typically 3+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Understanding of engineering drawings and commercial awareness
  • Knowledge of material pricing and in-depth product/application knowledge
  • Experience in the valve industry
