Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Services Director to join our team. This is a rewarding opportunity for a motivated and compassionate individual to lead our clinical staff and ensure the highest level of patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership and Management: Provide strategic direction and oversight to our clinical team, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to deliver exceptional patient care.
  • Patient Care Coordination: Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans that meet individual needs and goals.
  • Staff Supervision and Development: Mentor and supervise clinical staff, providing coaching and feedback to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate the quality of patient care, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Clinical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve patient outcomes and staff performance.

Requirements

  • Education: Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a registered nurse in a Home Health Agency, with at least 1 year of management experience.
  • Licensure/Certification: Current State professional license as an RN in any/all applicable states, current CPR certification, and a valid driver's license in good standing.

Salary Range: $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
