Lead Physical Therapist

A leading healthcare organization seeks an experienced Lead Physical Therapist to lead its team of physical therapists and support staff.

This technologically advanced occupational medicine organization provides customizable treatment plans with optimal patient outcomes across more than 60 clinics nationwide. The Lead Physical Therapist will work in a dynamic environment that offers a wide array of services, including:

  • Treatment of minor emergencies and injuries
  • Pre-employment services
  • Physical therapy and occupational health services

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing hands-on physical therapy services to patients with occupational injuries or conditions
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs and goals
  • Leading a team of physical therapists and support staff, ensuring high-quality care and adherence to regulatory standards
  • Participating in performance improvement initiatives and promoting continuous quality enhancement

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy
  • Valid state licensure
  • Ability to lead and communicate effectively

The Lead Physical Therapist is supported by a team of Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, Physical Therapists, and staff. This outstanding healthcare organization is prepared to offer a competitive salary, estimated at $120,000 - $160,000 per year, in addition to a generous benefits package.
