Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Hospice Executive Director/Marketer to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing business partnerships, promoting our services, and ensuring seamless care transition coordination. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about hospice care and has a proven track record of success in marketing and leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Develop various channels of referrals through the selection, acquisition, retention, and growth of business partnerships with referral sources.
  • Care Coordination: Work closely with the clinical operations team to ensure seamless care transition coordination from an acute care setting to a home.
  • Community Outreach: Conduct educational in-services and community outreach to promote our superior hospice care services.
  • Patient Education: Educate patients and their families about hospice expectations.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in hospice marketing.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
