About the Role: As a Clinical Care Partner, you will play a vital role in supporting our nursing staff by assisting with basic patient care under their direction. This position requires strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as a commitment to providing high-quality patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist licensed nurses with patient care tasks, such as vital sign monitoring and medication administration
  • Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families
  • Participate in multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans

Requirements:

  • Enrolled in a professional school of nursing (RN) program or a graduate of a professional school of nursing (RN) who has taken but not successfully completed the State board of Nursing examination within the first year following graduation
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification within 30 days of hire

Compensation and Benefits: Our competitive salary range for this position is $55,000-$65,000 per year, depending on experience.
