About ImageFIRST Healthcare Laundry Specialists

We are the largest and only national linen rental and laundry service specializing in the healthcare market. Our company has been serving medical facilities nationwide for over 50 years, providing linen, patient gowns, scrubs, and more while managing our clients' linen inventory for cost management.

Responsibilities
  • Manage key relationships with our clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Achieve quarterly targeted new business growth goals by identifying new opportunities and developing strategies to capture them.
  • Verify invoice accuracy to ensure our clients are billed correctly and on time.
  • Position our clients for contract renewal by providing exceptional service and building strong relationships.
  • Assist and create loyal customers by providing personalized service and addressing any concerns they may have.
  • Improve customer loyalty through exceptional interaction and complete resolutions to any of their concerns.
  • Work with our Route Sales Drivers/Customer Advocates, Service and Production leadership as needed to ensure consistent high-quality delivery.
  • Attend all sales meetings and sales training to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain other analytic reports as required by management to help drive business decisions.
  • Develop and execute a Goodwill Plan within key accounts to build strong relationships and drive business growth.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with key contacts to ensure our clients are satisfied with our service and to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Must have at least 3 years' of sales experience in a similar industry.
  • Must possess a minimum of a 4-year college degree or equivalent experience.
  • Account management and customer service experience is a must.
  • Must be MS Office Proficient (Word, Excel).
  • Must be willing to learn and grow with our company.
  • Must possess strong decision-making skills.
  • Must possess effective communication skills: written and verbal.
  • Interpersonal skills are a must.
  • Must be able to initiate new ideas to get the job done by going beyond the normal performance expectations of the position.
  • Must be able to handle all situations, i.e., time pressure, deadlines, task difficulty.
  • Must be able to achieve total task accomplishment through concern for all areas involved, no matter how small.
  • Must be able to get along well with people and put them at ease; build rapport through use of listening and oral communication skills.
