Job Description

CooperSurgical is a leading fertility and women's healthcare company dedicated to delivering innovative solutions that enhance the work of healthcare professionals. As a Senior Product Manager for Paragard, you will be responsible for contributing to the strategic development and overseeing the tactical implementation of marketing programs designed to drive brand awareness, increase adoption, and contribute to the achievement of business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Brand Professional Marketing Leader; representing customer needs and providing marketing leadership to all company functions
  • Lead for all aspects of marketing strategic and tactical planning and execution
  • Brand leader and liaison to the field sales teams to drive effective communication of brand priorities and seek feedback to improve marketing tactics
  • Lead development of professional advertising campaigns, creative, and messaging to deliver on established brand positioning
  • Collaborate with clinical specialists to support and implement training and materials
  • Collaborate with agency partners in the execution of marketing strategic and tactical plans
  • Lead media efforts and creative assets to support execution
  • Work with cross-functional teams and sales training to develop, coordinate, and execute field strategies
  • Using market research and analytics to identify and implement metrics to gain market insights and measure performance on brand initiatives and programs
  • Effectively drive tactics through the medical, legal, and regulatory approval process
  • Brand lead for national convention presence and coordination of regional presence
  • Foster solid relationships and collaborate with key opinion-leading physicians
  • Monitor and understand competitor products, marketplace trends, and issues to anticipate and identify threats and opportunities

Requirements
  • Proven business analysis skills
  • Proven agency management skills
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical legal, promotional compliance, and medical review processes
  • Marketing experience developing and executing across the promotional mix
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Experience/knowledge of women's health category
  • Brand and/or indication launch experience preferred
  • Sales and/or sales training experience preferred
  • Track record of successfully completing projects within time, quality, and budget expectations
  • Capacity to influence decision making and work done by others
  • Highly adaptable and flexible

Travel
  • The role will require minimal travel as needed for the business

Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical HCP marketing experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of product management experience
  • Background in healthcare marketing is preferred, but experience in related industries is acceptable
  • Experience in large companies with a deep understanding of global markets and dynamics

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is required
