Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive member engagement strategy that aligns with the organization's mission and goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with members, stakeholders, and other key partners to ensure a high level of satisfaction and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the Professional Well-Being Committee to ensure the duties and objectives of the committee are met.
  • Oversee the management of Communities of Practice (CoPs) to ensure optimal alignment with the organization's mission, strategic objectives, and fiscal responsibilities.
  • Develop and implement a data-driven member engagement, retention, and recruitment strategy in collaboration with the Executive Director, Board of Directors, and staff.
Requirements:
  • ACPE Certified Educator with deep knowledge of the association's unique standards for experiential learning and a proven-track record for successfully delivering necessary, high-quality outcomes.
  • Master's degree in theology, education, or related field, and five years of experience in organizational learning or related field (up to ten years preferred).
  • Familiarity with the needs, hopes, and resources of educators, spiritual care practitioners, and therapists.
  • Experience with database management; comfort with learning new software and applications.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including SharePoint.
