As we continue to grow and adapt to the changing landscape, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the critical role of Executive Director.

The Position

This key position will be responsible for the successful direction and management of the firm's operations, working closely with the Managing Partner. To excel in this role, the ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of skills and experience, including:

  • Human Resources: Supervising and coaching employees, hiring, onboarding, training, payroll, employee relations, compensation planning, and benefit administration.
  • Financial Reporting: Monitoring and reporting on all financial aspects of the firm to partners, forecasting, and planning for future needs, working in tandem with the CPA on tax reporting and monitoring key performance data and benchmarks.
  • Client Billing: Oversight of staff and monitoring client payment accounts.
  • Technology: Day-to-day oversight of staff and infrastructure of the firm.

This is a salaried position with a competitive starting salary of $80,000 per year, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package.

The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking an executive-level professional with several years of successful experience leading a law firm, accounting firm, or medical office. A strong background in human resources is essential, with certification desired but not required. The ideal candidate will have managed a budget exceeding $2M and possess strong financial acumen, leadership skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
