- Employee Retention: Demonstrate leadership through employee retention, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
- Regulatory Compliance: Understand, apply, and adhere to state regulations, ensuring our community remains compliant and up-to-date.
- Day-to-Day Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless execution and resident care.
- Census Development: Lead census development, driving growth and revenue for our community.
- Financial Success: Develop sustained financial success, managing revenue and expenses effectively.
- Leadership Experience: Proven track record in sales and revenue/expense management, with a focus on senior living management.
- Administrative License: Hold an Administrator's License or be able to obtain one, ensuring compliance with state regulations.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and communication skills, with a passion for making a difference in the lives of seniors.
- Education and Certification: Secondary Education is preferred but not required, and CPR Certification is a plus.
- Criminal Background Check and Drug Test: Must pass a criminal background check and drug test, ensuring a safe and secure work environment.
