Your ResponsibilitiesAs a Principal Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the research and development of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and deep learning technologies. Your contributions will be essential in shaping our AI platforms and products, driving innovation, and maintaining our competitive advantage.
In this leadership position, you will be a key player in the Security AI team, guiding the ideation, design, development, and testing of new security products. Your extensive technology experience and industry recognition will be invaluable as you navigate complex challenges and communicate solutions effectively to diverse audiences.
Key Duties Include:- Providing technical and strategic vision for AI and Data Science initiatives.
- Designing AI-based solutions, assessing technical feasibility, and estimating risks and efforts.
- Leading the development of prototypes and MVP architectures to deliver scalable and maintainable features.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives.
- Mentoring AI engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Staying updated on AI and ML advancements and evaluating their impact on our offerings.
- Promoting standard processes in coding, testing, and documentation.
- Ensuring ethical AI practices focusing on fairness, privacy, and transparency.
- Communicating complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders and providing thought leadership.
- Contributing to intellectual property through patents and publications.
Minimum Requirements:
- 15+ years of Software Engineering experience, including roles as Director, CTO, or Chief Architect in AI/ML solutions.
- 7+ years of programming experience in languages such as Python, Java, or C++, with familiarity in AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- 5+ years of experience in developing and deploying AI models in real-world applications.
- 5+ years of experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and ML deployment strategies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with Large Language Models, Natural Language Processing, and Computer Vision.
- Proven track record in developing AI-based products or systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Experience in building DataOps/MLOps workflows and infrastructure.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Ability to mentor engineers, particularly those early in their careers.
- Commitment to continuous learning and innovation in a dynamic environment.
