Job Summary

We're seeking a seasoned Sales Director to lead our Mid-Market Sales team. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll drive growth, develop and manage a high-performing team, and contribute to Rippling's mission to revolutionize the way businesses manage their workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of Sales Managers and Account Executives to achieve sales targets and drive growth
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing ones
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Manage sales performance, pipeline growth, and forecasting to ensure quota attainment
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a focus on high-growth environments
  • Experience selling into high-velocity organizations with deal cycles under 6 months
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to develop and manage high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
