Description:

The Director of Data Analytics is responsible for setting the strategic vision for short and long-term process and deliverable enhancements in conjunction with the DA leadership team. They ensure that the department continually delivers on objectives by working with business leads at CMI and clients, and applying continued learnings into actionable recommendations for departmental growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve data management processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver data management products and procedures
  • Lead data quality assurance processes and ensure consistent implementation
  • Manage training modules and materials for staff and other departments
  • Oversee maintenance of internal system and process documentation for all data assets
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
  • Perform or coordinate UAT on internal database systems and new products
  • Act as subject matter expert on client-related projects and deliverables
  • Ensure operational excellence across the team
  • Represent the department in client pitches and presentations
  • Work with sales, media, and finance on scoping and deliverables
  • Manage daily operations of a portfolio of products and services

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing analytics reporting
  • 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • 7+ years of experience managing a team
  • 7+ years of experience translating business questions into actionable analysis
  • Superior analytical skills with proficiency in marketing research and analytics
  • Excellent project management skills with ability to lead multiple projects
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage a heavy workload
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
