We are seeking a highly skilled professional with a strong blend of business consulting skills and a data analytics background. If you are passionate about working on unstructured business problems that can be solved using data, we would like to discuss this opportunity with you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of advanced analytics solutions, including customer segmentation, optimization, and recommendations to solve business problems.
  • Collaborate with management to execute analytical initiatives and solve business problems by leveraging techniques such as segmentation, optimization, and advanced analytics.
  • Deliver effective presentations of findings and recommendations to multiple levels of leadership, creating visual displays of quantitative information.
  • Establish and maintain effective performance tracking, identify improvement opportunities, and propose, design, and implement tests to drive strategy enhancement and optimization.
  • Manage multiple priorities and communicate business performance and project progress to management and business partners.
  • Develop and automate reports, iteratively build and prototype dashboards to provide insights at scale, solving for analytical needs.

Requirements:

  • 6-10 years of professional work experience with at least 5 years in leveraging techniques such as segmentation, optimization, and advanced analytics.
  • Experience working with large data sets is preferable, with an emphasis on business analysis problems.
  • Experience of working with offshore teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a closely related field. MBA preferred.
  • Ability to engage with executive/VP level stakeholders from client's team to translate business problems to high-level analytics solution approaches.
  • Strong project management and team management skills and ability to work with global teams.
  • Strong SQL skills and excellent knowledge of visualization tools like Tableau.
  • Knowledge of statistical and machine learning algorithms.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms and big data systems such as Hadoop HDFS, Hive is a plus.
