Job Overview

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized individual to fill the role of Document Management Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing, scanning, and assembling important documents for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Open, sort, and prepare documents for scanning and copying
  • Operate scanning equipment (training provided)
  • Ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule
  • Perform light equipment maintenance (clearing jams, refilling toner, etc.)
  • Keep your workspace clean and organized
  • Handle physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic PC and typing skills; ability to follow instructions in English
  • Previous experience in printing, scanning, or document handling is a plus
  • Team player with a positive attitude, ready to adapt to a fast-paced environment
