Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Document Management Associate to join our team at Metasys Technologies, Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by accurately preparing, scanning, inspecting, compiling, and assembling documents in a timely manner.
  • Maintain minimum PS+ standards and achieve customer satisfaction by consistently meeting deadlines and quality expectations.
  • Work in a high-pressure environment at a fast pace while maintaining quality and error-free work.
  • Meet company production standards by achieving the Impressions per Hour (IPH) rate in accordance with established standards.
  • Maintain optimal machine performance by performing routine maintenance tasks, such as clearing jams, refilling toner, and replacing machine oil.
  • Communicate problems effectively and promptly to management and complete all paperwork in a timely, accurate, and legible manner.
  • Prevent assembly errors by maintaining an organized workstation and achieving customer satisfaction by performing error-free jobs per customer specifications.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic PC skills and basic typing skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and maintain positive, productive relationships with co-workers, management, sales, and production departments.
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and be flexible.
  • Ability to perform repetitive work while maintaining quality and output standards.
  • Ability to work multiple shifts, including nights, weekends, overtime, and holidays, depending on work volume and customer needs.
  • Ability to work in a production facility with moderate to high noise levels and deal with moderate stress levels.
  • Ability to stand on feet for at least eight (8) hours per day and lift and move supplies weighing up to 50 lbs.
