WW Partner Success Manager

The WW Partner Success Manager will play a crucial role in driving enterprise partnerships at Apple. This individual will be responsible for managing partnerships through the Enterprise Partner Network, fostering awareness of partner capabilities with internal Apple teams, and measuring success alongside regional partnership managers. The role will also drive new partnership initiatives and facilitate current partnerships to accelerate and support key elements of Apple's worldwide enterprise strategy.
Main Responsibilities
The successful candidate will ensure the gold standards of excellence and compliance are adhered to for all regional and global partnership activities. They will work across partners and internal teams to streamline processes around partner onboarding, go-to-market, and quarterly business reviews. The individual will also review workflows and recommend or redesign processes to improve scale, quality, and efficiency. Additionally, they will develop scorecards by partner segment to create meaningful measurements and insights. The role will also involve developing repeatable methods and toolkits to aggregate partner metrics both quarterly and on demand. Furthermore, the WW Partner Success Manager will assist with coordinating strategy and impact at selected partner events and educate regions on standard methodologies and new or improved processes.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have approximately 6+ years of sales planning experience in technology for business. They will have experience managing technology or solutions partnerships with Global Systems Integrators (GSIs), Managed Services Providers (MSPs), or Independent Software Vendors (ISVs). The individual will also have experience executing go-to-market plans and aggregating data using data visualization tools. They will be able to think strategically, work independently, and take an innovative approach to problem-solving. The WW Partner Success Manager will also have excellent presentation and management skills, with strong networking ability, relationship building, and management skills. They will be willing to admit mistakes and comfortable not having a complete picture before acting.
Preferred Qualifications
The ideal candidate will also have experience designing and executing worldwide go-to-market plans. They will have a conscious ability to see around corners, deal with ambiguity, and create compelling stories. Additionally, they will have a deep understanding of Apple's hardware, software, and services offerings and the ability to position them collectively as the right platform for enterprise. The WW Partner Success Manager will also have demonstrated ability to change course when needed and a Master's Degree.
