Job Title: WW NPI & Campaign Readiness Lead

At Apple, we're looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our WW NPI & Campaign Readiness team. As a key member of our Retail Merchandising team, you will be responsible for driving the global merchandising strategy and ensuring flawless execution across all merchandising deliverables in Retail stores.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and oversee operational plans for product launches and major store resets.
  • Lead partnership and process improvement with cross-functional teams across Retail and Apple, Inc.
  • Partner with Geo-based teams and Field Merchandising teams to incorporate global considerations and customer feedback into reset strategies.
  • Communicate strategy on a regular basis to leadership and field organization.
  • Create efficiencies with existing processes, improving implementation in stores, as well as cross-functional work streams.
  • Identify and communicate key priorities and responsibilities to generate drive for results, teamwork and achieving business objectives.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in retail, merchandising, program management or other related fields.
  • Bachelor's degree (Business, Marketing, or related degrees preferred) or industry equivalent experience.
