Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled WW Content Validation Project Manager to oversee the flawless execution of seasonal marketing promotions and campaigns globally. The ideal candidate will manage global validation efforts, partner cross-functionally with teams, and ensure content accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and drive execution of global validation for seasonal campaigns/promos
  • Manage vendor relationships, including project POs, invoices, resource allocation, and project briefings
  • Lead cross-functional forums to facilitate interdependent workflows
  • Partner with cross-functional leads on validation lifecycle: review and correct source-of-truth validation documents, create radar test cases, screen and triage tickets, assist with content queries
Requirements
  • 5+ years global program/project management experience, driving interdependent processes
  • Self-starter, able to operate with independence and be adaptable to work through ambiguity
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to juggle overlapping schedules, time-sensitive tasks, priorities, and deliverables across multiple work streams
  • Process-centric, able to flex between high-level strategic thought and tactical execution with precision
  • Strong cross-functional team player, able to influence key partners to drive complex projects against aggressive deadlines
